Manufacturing Process

Design & Planning

Includes understanding the client's requirements or project scale for the city lamp, smart pole, or traffic light. Factors like light intensity, lamp pole height, solar panel angle, energy efficiency, and city layout are considered.  

Manufacturing Process

They are fabricated by cutting, welding, and shaping the metal into the required form. The pole is then coated with an anti-corrosion layer to prevent damage from environmental factors like rain or salt water.  

Component Assembly

LED modules, battery, and IoT integration. The LED city lamp modules are going to be connected to all the components and ready for use.  

Wiring and IoT Setup

The street light’s wiring is carefully set up to connect the LED modules, battery, controller, etc. Weather-resistant cables are used to prevent electrical damage from environmental exposure. IoT control units are installed for remote monitoring and management if the system is smart-enabled.  

Testing and Quality Control

Before full assembly, individual components like solar panels, batteries, and LED modules undergo rigorous testing for performance, efficiency, and reliability. Once the street light is assembled, it is tested to ensure proper functionality through Complete System Testing.  

Packaging and Shipping

Safe Packaging: The street lights are carefully packed for shipping to prevent any damage during transportation. Protective materials like foam and bubble wrap are used to cushion the lights, and each component is securely packed in customized boxes. Once packed, we ensure that they reach clients in good condition and within the promised timeframe.
